Illustrative controller board and sensor prepared for a robotics experiment
Illustrative prototype created for this edition. Not a historical team photograph or a reviewed product.
A test notebook with fields for question, setup, result and next change
Keep decisions where the next person can find and repeat them.

Give decisions a home

Keep one project record with sketches, a parts list, test results and open questions. Decide where approved changes are written down. When two people propose different designs, choose a test that can compare them rather than letting the loudest opinion settle it.

Rotate responsibilities

Each session needs someone to coordinate tasks, someone to check the test and someone to record the result. Rotate these responsibilities so knowledge spreads. Pair a newcomer with an experienced participant and make it normal to ask for an explanation.

A guide, not a reopened community

This page offers a group-work framework. It does not host the former site’s members, discussions or private files. No account registration, member directory or community activity is claimed.
