Make expectations visible
Write down what will be provided, who will receive it and whether any acknowledgement is expected. A logo placement is not the same as an endorsement. Record restrictions on donated equipment and how unused materials will be handled.
Maintain a simple support record
Track the date, the contribution, its intended use and any conditions. Thank contributors accurately and only with permission. For public acknowledgements, explain what the support enabled rather than inventing an impact figure.
Historical support is a separate record
The foundation’s 2019 grant list names Archytas Education Corp in Sharon. That entry is evidence of a past grant, not a current partnership with this website. No organization is presented here as a sponsor of the current operator.
